“When the Hoyt Family first decided to move to Malibu, we either wanted a home where we could walk to the beach, or grow grapes; we happened upon a property that could do both. In 2001 we planted our first vineyard. The property’s proximity to the ocean offered the perfect environment for growing Chardonnay grapes.

Since then, our family has grown in our love for harvesting and producing award-winning wines made with grapes grown from the Malibu Coast to the Central Coast. Our Paso Robles vineyards are on one of the highest and most beautiful elevations on the west side’s Willow Creek AVA. We can’t wait to include you in our story, and share our special wine!”

“On a drive home after spending the weekend in Cambria, the Stilson Family fantasized about the idea of owning a vineyard and making their own wine. A month later in the middle of their busy lives down south, they revisited this idea and decided to go for it.

Months of searching for properties led them to the perfect vineyard. This was the day that their fantasy became a reality. After drinking Stilson Cellars wines we are positive you will become wine fanatics like us. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor.”

“Like other garagiste wine producers in the Paso Robles area we are committed to producing small-lot, high quality craft wines that represent good value. We apply tried and true winemaking techniques, but otherwise let the grapes do their thing.

We are equally committed to giving back to our community – before we sold our first bottle of wine we made a commitment to donate 50% of our profits to local organizations that support individuals in our community that need a little assistance from time to time.”

“Our goal is to produce Estate Wines that are high quality, smooth and delicious, at a reasonable price. In 2008, we made the leap and purchased Sea Shell Vineyard. Walking through the full rows of vines, many of you will realize the beauty that compares similarly to that of the beach. Seashell formation, as well as grape formation, is a reflection of the perfection, joy and beauty of our Creator. And so, from this, the name Sea Shell was born. Just as every seashell has a story of its creation, so does every bottle of Sea Shell wine.”

Starting with their love of wine, husband and wife team Mike and Lori started small and worked their way up to what you see today – Dracaena Wines. Both with scientific backgrounds, the pair wanted to incorporate this into their winery, while also honoring their beloved Weimaraner, Draco. Dracaena was the perfect way to do this, being the genus name of the Draco plant. mike and Lori fell in love with the meaning the name brought to their winery and hope you’ll fall in love with the wine.

“Pianetta Winery and Vineyard is tucked into the hills of Indian Valley, where the vines enjoy daily sunshine and easy afternoon breezes. Planted in 1997 by John Pianetta, our estate is now home to Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Petite Verdot. Our estate fruit is hand-harvested from terraced slopes to ensure quality in the field and on the crush pad. All Pianetta wines are well-balanced with a solid fruit base, aged in dominant tight grained oak barrels, and focus on the best fruit the vineyards produce. Our daily operations are managed by a professional staff driven by a deep passion for wine.”

“As children you may recall playing with a spinning top. Its intentions are to keep spinning steadily while maintaining balance within itself. Simple, yet complex and intriguing. Our professional endeavors in making wine is no different. Transforming simple ingredients such as grapes and elevating it into a handcrafted elixir, creating a  shared experience for open conversation and enjoyment.”

After spending much of their time in Napa Valley, it didn’t take long for husband and wife team Brock and Michelle to begin dreaming of their own vineyard. In 1997 those dreams were realized and a 20-acre hillside became their own. In 1998 the first crop was harvested and 50 cases began the Brochelle brand. blazing the trail many wineries have since followed, in 2010 Brochelle established a tasting “lounge” in an urban setting downtown where you’ll still find them today.

“We’d like to raise a glass to everyone who has helped our dreams take root and prosper. Here’s a toast to dreams, passion, details, and the never-ending quest for them all!”

The Tudors began growing grapes in California in the 1900s and continue to operate one of the largest table grape vineyards in the country. Owner and winemaker Dan Tudor began the pursuit of his lifelong dream of opening a winery and in 1997 discovered Monterey County’s potential as a top-flight winegrowing region. It’s vast microclimates and terroir allow for over 40 different grape varieties, but it was Pinot Noir that Dan pursued. A perfect balance of tannins, flavor, alcohol, acid and fruit is the goal with the overriding approach being one of maximizing the quality potential of the fruit with the least intervention.
